The Searchles Bookmarklet

There are two ways to add "searchle it!" to Internet Explorer:

a) The Old Fashioned Way Right-click the red "searchle it!" link in this box to the right. Select "Add to Favorites..." Click "Yes" for any security message that pops up (don't worry, the Bookmarklet is safe — it is only a shortcut). searchle it! You should see a list labeled Create in:. If not, click the Create in >> button. In the Create in: area, select the Links folder. Click OK (IE6) or Add (IE7). From the browser menu bar, click the View menu, point to Toolbars, and then add a check next to Links, if there is none. You should now see the "searchle it!" shortcut in Internet Explorer's Links bar.

or b) The Easy New Way Just click on this graphic and follow the installation instructions! (Requires shutdown and restart of browser)

Help, I do not see it.

• • You will find "searchle it!" in the Favorites menu, under Links.
  • Recommended: for added convenience you can find the "searchle it" bookmarket in Internet Explorer's Links bar.
    • Note: you may need to enable display of the Links bar. If the Links bar is not visible, click the View menu, point to Toolbars, and then click Links. You may also right-click the top of your browser and select "Links".
    • The Links bar (with links hidden) may sometimes be found to the far right side of your browser toolbar. If you unlock the toolbars, this bar may be moved by dragging the handles. To unlock the toolbars, click the View menu, point to Toolbars, and then remove the check next to "Lock the Toolbars".
    • It may help to delete unused links or re-order links in your Links bar to move searchle it! into view.
